RedTrain Networks would like to update that the Emergency planned outage in (AURB, Epping and FGPD, Wollert) was completed and “all the customers across Redtrain Networks” should be back to normal and should be able to access internet service.

Description: RedTrain Networks was experiencing issue in AURB, Epping and FGPD, Wollert and an emergency reboot of our exchange equipment was required.
Post-emergency outage restoration instructions: If customer service remains disconnected after the emergency planned outage window, please reboot Wi-Fi router to re-establish the connection.

Redtrain Engineering is currently investigating reports of service disruptions affecting some customers in Epping and Wollert, Victoria, who may be experiencing loss of internet connectivity.
