Unplanned outage

The unplanned outage has now been resolved. The root cause was identified as a device misconfiguration on Telstra’s end, which caused the service disruption. All services are back online and operating normally. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

This issue is currently with our upstream provider for further investigation. We are monitoring it closely and will update you as soon as we receive feedback.
